Dream Design

Sometimes I come up with a game idea and I'd just love to design it. If money were no object, do you know what I'd design?
Anime Wars. Basically it's Smash Bros but with anime characters. only anime characters would be allowed. A basic character list would be as follows;

* Monkey D Luffy (One Piece)
* Natsu Dragneel (Fairy Tail)
* Erza Scarlett (Fairy Tail)
* Maka Albarn (Soul Eater)
* Black Star (Soul Eater)
* Death the Kid (Soul Eater)
* Squid Girl (Squid Girl)
* Major Motoko Kusanagi/Chroma (Ghost in the Shell)
* Shinku (Rozen maiden)
* Tamaki (Bamboo Blade)
* Black Cat (Black Cat)
* Eve (Black Cat)
* Light (Death Note)
* L (Death Note)
* Naruto (Naruto)
* San(?) (Princess Mononoke)
* Birdy Seephon (Birdy the Mighty)

As for secret characters, a lot of them would obviously be villains from various anime

* Chrona (Soul Eater)
* Sergeant Miyafuji (Strike Witches)
* Gunslinger Girl (Gunslinger Girl)
* Mahoro (Mahoromatic)
* Suiginto (Rozen Maiden)
* Smoker the White Hunter (One Piece)
And more!

Rather then making it a simple case of mashing each character into a fighting game, I'd place it all inside a large city and have it work with RPG elements. You would move through the town from a birds-eye view and interact with characters. Fights would start when you meet fighting characters. Arenas from certain anime would also make an appearance depending on where in the city you were.
